I have tried a delicious creation of tuna tartar slightly marinated in lemon juice served with angelic delicate mozzarella mousse with crushed pistachios. melt in your mouth. as a main course I had cut linguine with tintenfisch and kalamari. it was delicious and full of taste. my friend had tintenravioli covered with salmon filling in celestial béchamel sauce with crushed pistachios. for dessert we shared a very authentic, in marsala wein and around softened.
