I had a nice fried burger and my partner the carving with truffle puree. My only general criticism and here I say quite clearly that it is only my personal impression, refers to the somewhat strict cheese of the burger. At first I was somewhat disappointed because I barely tasted the trufflemayo and the onion jam. But then I tried all the components individually and was thrilled. For me the cheese covers too much the rest of the burger's taste. Otherwise, my pommes were unfortunately not salted, but then I fixed that later. Can't stop. At the end of the day the meat shop is a great place and I like to come back.
