Ever increasing prices under the reason of ’hyper inflation’ for food and stay and so little as possible costumer value. Kindness became a real challenge while its expected in a 5? hotel. I think the picture says it all. Amenities closed. Pool yes we have! Once you are there: without water. Maybe they want us to go swimming in the Spree river. It’s simply not ok and we need to say it. The answer at reception in May: It’s not the season yet. It’s an indoor pool… Same for treats at reception empty bowls of snacks and empty water reservoir standing at reception. Answer ’It’s another department that should fill that.’ While looking at it and not acting to even put it out of sight. I guess we are living strange times and this hotels embodies that very well.

The hotel’s grandeur, elegant décor, and exceptional cleanliness immediately stood out. The staff support was outstanding — especially the front desk team, who went out of their way to assist us when we arrived here. Our room was spotless, well‑kept, and offered a lovely view that made our stay even more relaxing. The location is amazing, with close proximity to major transit options, making it very convenient to get around. A remarkable experience overall, and we would certainly choose this hotel again.

The rooms have a coffee pod machine what only makes coffee, no tea available and only paper cups, and an ad for the coffee brand. The rooms looks quite outdated but not very worn out. The lounge only serves food and alcohol for two hours in the evening. When I visited they had a handful of mini cupcakes and some fruit, a coffee machine and a small selection of soda. The staff is very friendly. Would not stay here again.
