On my EU tour, I stayed here with my family and had a truly delightful experience. The hotel’s grandeur, elegant décor, and exceptional cleanliness immediately stood out. The staff support was outstanding — especially the front desk team, who went out of their way to assist us when we arrived here. Our room was spotless, well‑kept, and offered a lovely view that made our stay even more relaxing. The location is amazing, with close proximity to major transit options, making it very convenient to get around. A remarkable experience overall, and we would certainly choose this hotel again.
I would say that the room and lounge are lacking. The rooms have a coffee pod machine what only makes coffee, no tea available and only paper cups, and an ad for the coffee brand. The rooms looks quite outdated but not very worn out. The lounge only serves food and alcohol for two hours in the evening. When I visited they had a handful of mini cupcakes and some fruit, a coffee machine and a small selection of soda. The staff is very friendly. Would not stay here again.
