Let me just start off by saying the food (breakfast) was the way it's supposed to be. Fresh and tasty. But the real gem here... The waiter! A bald, middle-aged... read more Let me just start off by saying the food (breakfast) was the way it's supposed to be. Fresh and tasty. But the real gem here... The waiter! A bald, middle-aged guy, who looks like he's waiting a thousand tables at the same times. When you ask for the menu, he just sighs and runs off to another table. When we tried to order waffles, he said "nein nein nein, das geht doch nicht" (how were we supposed to know?). When you ask for the bill, he requests that you please "take a seat, where is your table?!" Many other incidents you won't find anywhere else. The guy is a walking burnout. Either that, or it's a serious case of autism. Or just really bad waiting. My girlfriend and her parents and I decided it was all just a show, so we enjoyed it and laughed our heads off. Just like several other people in the place. That made it an experience to never forget.

Apricot tree cake... read more We had breakfast and returned to the coffee drink again. a very lasy place to keep in the turbulent berlin sometimes. the cake was megalecker! Apricot tree cake. breakfast also best. nice free seat on the street. 2min. to the SBahn-Savignyplatz is quite practical if you want to bridge the time to the train trip.

The ice cream it's not so creamy but the cakes are... read more We came to this place on Monday at around 16 to have some ice cream and a cake. It's just across a nice park. The ice cream it's not so creamy but the cakes are good and the environment it's nice. The only bad thing was the blond woman who attend us. She is extremely unfriendly and inpatient. We went with kids and they took long time to decide what to get and this woman was rolling eyes and with this unhappy rude face. This has happened twice.
