Contrary to many of the reviews, I found the staff working here to be extremely nice and friendly! And I wouldn’t say that for all shops at Ostbahnhof. I accidentally spilled my coffee so i asked for a towel to clean it up staff looked at me and the place where i spilled the coffee than went on with their day? They just ignored my question and when i waited there the woman came pointed at some tissues and walked away‍it would've been so much easier to just hand me a towel since i wanted to clean up my own mistake. Since they ignored me the first time i thought it might also be a little too far to ask for a new coffee so i just cleaned up and left...staff do better! It's not that hard to hand me a towel and offer a new coffee. I hope the next person who spills there coffee just leaves it there for y'all to clean up Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
