Inattentive and uncoordinated service: our starters and our main courses came at the same time so our table was full with plates and we were confused where to s... read more Inattentive and uncoordinated service: our starters and our main courses came at the same time so our table was full with plates and we were confused where to start. Our tea at the end of the dinner did not come, we waited for half and hour and then just asked for the check. Our is four dishes just one was exceptional, the others like the veggie burger, fries potatoes and gnocchi were below overage and not worth the money. The serving lady apologised several times for things that went wrong…well, the place that wants to play at the top of Berlins food scene should have the service and the food that lives up to this ambition. The restaurant and the hotel are very beautiful, great design, furniture etc.

We‘ve been there on a Sunday for lunch and we‘ll be back for sure to check out the dinner menu atmosphere. One thing though: please get your opening hours information sorted out. On Google Maps it says you’re open from 12h on a Sunday. On your website it‘s from 14h. On OpenTable it lets one reserve ANYTIME on a Sunday but says in the description you‘re not open on Sundays at all. I even called the day before to make sure you’re open and the person on the phone did not know because she „only works in the evenings“?!? Come on, really?
