You don't come to a place like this for the service. No, the staff doesn't really care about you, but that's not why you're here. Quit your complaining, drink your wine in the sun, and enjoy the scenery. It helps that they have a bar you can just walk up to and get your own drinks instead of waiting on the server, who will just never ever come. Unless you're a cute boy and she wants to flirt with you, but you're not a cute boy she wants to flirt with, so be a man and go get your drink at the bar.
