One of the joys of visiting Germany is the delicious currywurst meals that are widely available and on our 8 day holiday this superb Currywurst Express was a pl... read more One of the joys of visiting Germany is the delicious currywurst meals that are widely available and on our 8 day holiday this superb Currywurst Express was a place we visited on a couple of occasions and on each visit the service was spot on and the meals were superb.On our first visit here we had been to a couple of pubs in Alexanderplatz after having booked into the Hotel Park Inn Radisson Blu Hotel Alexanderplatz so we were in need of a tasty quick meal and what better quick meal to have other than a currywurst ,chips and a soft drink.The currywurst was outstanding as was the sause and the chips were superb ,we just chilled out enjoying our meals and planning out the day ahead in this busy and vibrant fast food outlet.We went to here a couple of times on our holiday and the standard never dipped,great service,delicious meals and great value for money. Currywurst Express is easy to locate on Dircksenstraße in the Magnificent Alexanderplatz Train station. Opening hours are;Monday to Sunday,open from 6.30am. Well worth checking out.

Der Kerl hinterm Tresen war echt super! Ich komme wieder, sobald in wieder in der Stadt bin.

Это знаменитые немецкие колбаски под толстым слоем кетчупа и карри, можно взять острые и не очень, нарезанные или целиком, а также фрикадельки. Картофель фри бесплатно. Пиво бек и ещё пара видов, не самое вкусное, но в компании с карри Вурст нужно взять. На ходу, на улице или в помещении, такой лёгкий перекус с привкусом немецкой столичной жизни. Стоит попробовать один раз, как туристическую достопримечательность. От 5 евро за порцию.
