Since we... read more We wanted to start our (lost the count..) Berlin weekend with a genuine currywurst; the husband had done some research and had come up with a top 10.. Since we had already tried the famous Konnopke Imbiss at Eberswalder Strasse (nice!), we wanted to try another location.. Choice for Baude was made because of practical locations on our way from TXL airport on Ringbahn, plus the very positive comments about the quality & nice staff. Even it was 3 in the afternoon, the place was well filled (standing tables), but service wa VERY swift, the currywurst & fries real hot & crispy, and indeed, a very easy going, friendly service with a smile!! Check this one out if i.e. you're taking one of Berliner Unterwelten tours. Will definitely come back here!

That's probably the one I recommend... read more The ketchup at this place is amazingly good! My favourite was the chilli wurst which wasn't very spicy at all, only mildly. That's probably the one I recommend as it still comes with the ketchup and curry powder. They speak little English but enough to be able to order what you want. Definitely recommend this place. It's a little further from the city centre but worth it!

All tasty and tr... read more This is an ideal place to stop outside Gesundbrunnen station for a quick German snack. We had a mixture of Currywurst, Bratwurst and Schnitzel. All tasty and tremendous value for money. A lady having her snack said it was double the cost in Alexanderplatz. Highly recommended.
