(big crooked man: I hope not the owner) we came in and the man who received us was neither warm nor friendly. we thought we had a table on the names xxx, then no answer came, but he saw us with the words: “You don’t have to show me what first.” the question whether to take the garderobe was forgotten. say where that is at all. we later saw that it was at the floor of the toilets. that came cool and not friendly. he saw our inoculations, but did not check (scans) later, by the way, there were other guests who were not asked at all but could sit directly. So at 2g we understand something else. a younger employee was responsible for us and was really nice and accommodating. the other who received us came completely arrogant and himself in love over, sincerely he does not know. the wine glasses were completely dirty, as in another comment here stands / pity about the beautiful eating, we were there more often in summer, it was much better. we are even in the 5-star hotel company and if I had someone like this in the team, I would throw him away directly if he was busy with the guests in the background. the personal should be trained, but I think it would be wasted with such people, we have celebrated a birthday that was also announced at the reservation. there wasn’t even a “heartful congratulation”
