From May, there's plenty of sun until 8.Cold food avail but selection limited. There are plenty of tables along the river and there are even some toilets ( rather clean) . Not many biergardens in the area so worth going if you don't want to walk far..

It is right on the river wit... read more When in the Charlottenburg area and wanting a nice cold reasonably priced beer with a wonderful view . . . this is the place to go. It is right on the river with tour boats passing and the turrets of the Russian Orthodox Church and Rathaus Charlottenburg peeking through the trees. And the beer was some of the less expensive we found in Berlin, 3.90 Euros for a half-liter.
