We arrived and what looked like the manager was yelling at the staff. We asked if we could sit outside (because it looked like we had to reserve) and he rudely replied, throwing up his arms and saying, Well, there 's room! What kind of manners are these? For a breakfast that costs at least €18 for two, this is how you 're greeted. Berlin is big, and they definitely won 't see our money. Terrible.
