Cafe Rix - Berlin

The food was amazing and so was the Rix hostel. Young people around the area. Friendly staff and they speak english

Ever since my son moved to Berlin in I've been a frequent guest here. The food has been consistently good, service as well, and the atmosphere still amazes me after so many visits. Ornate and yet simple, dignified without being pompous. The variety of...food and drink on offer is very good, and even if the menu looks small, there is always a blackboard with seasonal specials. On about the third or fourth visit to this restaurant I decided I was in love with this place and with Berlin. It was like magic. I was there again this evening and the feeling is still the same

Me and my boyfriend headed to the area to have a meal before heading to the club Schwuz. What we didn't realize was that there are very few restaurants in the area open in the evening. We just so happened to walk into Rix and...it was actually a trip highlight!! The waitress that served us could not have been more helpful and friendly. She translated the entire specials board into English for us! The food was really tasty and plenty to choose from Inc tons of Veggie and Vegan options. The building itself is also beautiful! Considering the building, outstanding service and great food, the bill was surprising cheap! Highly recommended

The internal garden is cozy. You can find a table with one side in the shadow, one under the sun. Do not replace Sekt with juice as it’s not fresh
