After a whopping... read more The burgers are actually quite tasty. (That's why they gave it two stars. But: Last Sunday, I ordered two burgers, hummus, and chicken nuggets. After a whopping 60 minutes, I received a call saying the chicken wings were sold out. I was told to contact Lieferando about a refund. I did, but I haven't received a response from them to this day. In total, I had to wait 90 minutes for a simple burger order. That's definitely too much for me. And then I have to chase after my money because you can't deliver what you offer online. Very poor service! So as long as you only offer orders via Lieferando, you've unfortunately lost me as a customer.

There was no lettuce, and the patties were a pile of minced meat. The fries were completely unsalted. The chicken burger was good, but unfortunately a bit sparsely topped. It's a shame to have such a disappointment for the price. We will definitely NEVER order from there again.
