Birgit is like a mini-festival dressed as a cafe. I know the club for eight years, but it’s not a worthwhile place an... read more I downgraded my rating from 5 stars because of people that are now employed at the entrance. I know the club for eight years, but it’s not a worthwhile place anymore. Bitgit isn’t that sort of club, which would be expected to have obnoxiously strict or unpredictable door policy. Somehow they now turned it into a place where sober and friendly people with tickets are denied entrance without any refund who have known and visited the club for almost nine years. The one positive left is that sometimes they have great lineup and free weekend parties. The music at Bunker stage is great, but lack of proper ventilation and air circulation is making the experience unnecessarily awful in the summer.

Birgit is a very nice and trendy beer garden where many artistic extravagant types come to enjoy a beer. We ourselves came on two different days to check whether the beer still tasted good and was cold. Well, I dare to tell you the next time that I was not disappointed. In short, are you in Berlin looking for a nice place to drink a beer and eat a pizza? Then don't think twice and go to Birgit!
