This place is a caricature of Berlin 's party institutions of the 2000s and 2010s. A soulless money-making machine. It starts with the fake coolness of the door barriers, even though there 's no other patron in sight and the place is completely empty , continues with the clueless bartender ...what 's a double vodka? , continues with the persistent busboys conversations are constantly interrupted by questions about whether the half-full beer can be thrown away... , and ends with the sad, almost deserted floors where the bar closes at 2 a.m., even though Birgit is partying until 7 p.m. . All I can say is: Enjoy!

I had a truly terrible experience at on New Year's Eve. I was denied entry, along with friends who appeared to be of a similar racial background as myself. The... read more I had a truly terrible experience at on New Year's Eve. I was denied entry, along with friends who appeared to be of a similar racial background as myself. The bouncer was completely unprofessional, using racist language and displaying awful behavior towards us. He even touched and pushed us, while we were just cooperating and talking to him. I was shocked and disappointed by the blatant discrimination that occurred at the door of this establishment. It is unacceptable and I will not be returning. I strongly advise others to avoid this club as well. The management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this kind of behavior from their staff. I have already sent my details via email to [hidden email], to get refund of the tickets and request that the money is returned back ASAP.

Surprisingly their mode of payment is by card, which is very rare to see in Germany. They only take cash which for entry if you come after 9, Also nearby there are lots of small bars. So I would recommend this place if you are new in Berlin, and want to have a quality time.

When we tried it it both tasted so different, I went back to the bar and told them the darker looking one taste more like “pesto” and wanted just a gin basil , her response was that I have to pay again for a new one. Don’t make a terrible cocktail and ask the customer to pay again ! That’s not hospitality that’s just being rude and being a cocktail mixer !
