It was very well visited and we would have to wait 1-2 minutes until a table has become free. Since it was the first time, we wanted to try a bit of everything and the Azzam plate was perfect for 2 people. There is everything in it: Falafel, Schawarma meat, sausage, olives, hummus, grilled eggplants, Tabullah and other treats. You can also order the same dish in vegetarian and if you ask me, this is more intended for 3-4 hungry people. In each dish one gets a dish with garlic sauce and two other sauces (yogurt and chili) for diving. There is also a plate with inlaid cucumbers and other things. Of course, the thin bread must not be missing. Order and pay directly to the counter, pick up immediately or if you hear that the gentlemen call behind the counter. The portions are very generous, so look at the order to leave nothing. The superstar of dishes is of course the hummus. Very creamy, the olive oil is heavenly and the chickpeas are very gentle and well seasoned. At reasonable prices ask yourself where the mistake is, but it is all perfect in taste and atmosphere. Arab hospitality is reflected in everything that belongs to noise, stern and generosity. Azzam is my first address for my next visit to Berlin.
