Their menu consists of typical Arab dishes (Palestine style? meat, as well as the following vegetarian and vegan options: Hummus, Falafel, Foul, Msabbah, Fatteh, Manouche, various wraps etc. Most food is made upon order. For example, Falafel are freshly deep fried and amazingly crisp (and greasy! , beans and chickpeas are pounded by hand to make Msabbah, Foul and Fatteh etc... In general, their servings are quite big and filling! One plate or bowl of food is accompanied with a bag of flat bread plus a plate with pickles and vegetables.
