Al Dente is a basic, cheap Italian place with predominantly pizzas and pastas.We were five persons and all of us were very disappointed about the quality. We had bruschetta and salads as starters. The bruschetta was good, but it is in an insult to serve a salad supposed to be fresh and green and then the leaves are brownish, as they clearly had been cut hours ago. Further, it is not acceptable that large parts of the salad is the root, which is quite bitter, and not the leaves.We all chose different pastas as the main course, and we were all disappointed. Although we chose different pastas, it was the same thin creamy sauce with absolutely no character or flavour. We cannot recommend Al Dente, where the struggle with the neighbouring Italian restaurant seems only to address price and not the quality of the food.
