The staff is very friendly, attentive, and efficient, and they keep everything running smoothly. The events always have a fantastic atmosphere, and they always make for unforgettable evenings. Overall, Al Hamra is simply unique!

Unfortunately, the experien... read more I was really excited to visit this place on our first day in Berlin, as it was highly recommended as a nice Arabic spot with shisha. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived around 4:30 PM and the restaurant was empty. I asked the staff member with long hair if they were open, and he responded sarcastically: “What do you think?” I apologized and explained that I asked because the place looked empty. When I asked where we could sit, he didn’t reply and just pointed with his hand. I also asked if they had shisha (as shown in their photos), and he responded rudely and aggressively, saying “No, there’s no shisha.” When my friend questioned his attitude, he replied: “Because I’m getting my period tomorrow.” It’s truly sad to see Arabs treating each other like this abroad. We left shocked by the disrespectful behavior.
