While she was doing it she asked if I was Italian and mentioned that in Germany they do it differently and that I should go back to Italy !! . Funny thing is that the barista clearly looked asian, she couldn't think anything better than a racial comment to a customer! Great job!

I specifically ordered a meat roll bc it was already prepared and coming fresh off back to back workout schedules I was HUNGRY. (If you 've ever been hungry after an intense workout, especially when ur trying to shred you know EXACTLY how that hunger hits) They were trying to warm up a meat roll in a sandwich maker. Who 's gonna tell these cafe ppl that it will NEVER WORK! Waiting 10 min on an already prepared item is insane! When I approached 2x to ask that I 'd like to have it cold or not because I was really hungry. It was met with a dismissive just go sit down I 'll bring it to you. My dear friends if I weren 't actually weak and thirsty, some words would have flown. She 's rude and needs to learn how to speak to ppl. Especially those patronizing the business. I own a own cafe and would NEVER. Warming up a roll in a sandwich maker WITH other items in it, will NEVER get the center warm. The roll did what it needed to. The matcha was fine but expensive for the size. Gen Z looking baristas need to learn manners customer service. Welcome to Berlin!
