The answer I got was, "it's the kelch." So apparently, their price list is only accurate when customers drink the beverages on-site. I've had enough of how California companies exploit the environmentally conscious badge—it just seems like a ploy to make more money. It's honestly absurd!

However, when I arrived, I was informed that I still had to wait because there were two other people ahead of me waiting for their sandwiches. Having worked in sandwich shops before, I can't understand why this happens. Are they really making everything from scratch? Do they bake their own bread? It feels like they don't want my business or that my money isn’t good enough for them. I won't be giving them a third chance. This is the second day in a row that I've faced issues here. It's time for them to get their act together.

I waited an extra 25 minutes for my food to be ready versus when it should've been done and I wasn't the only one either the gentleman that was there before me was in the same situation he was actually even more frustrated because as he told the gentlemen working that he was actually going to be late for work because of this!!! And the lady after me even said she couldn't wait she actually left!! So if you feel like wasting your time you got nothing better else to do this is the place to go!!! Nothing personal on the gentleman working he seems like a nice guy but it's pretty easy to say that this guy is understaffed and needs help!!!!
