I tried the medium roast called "brau: medium bratkaffee (m. 3)" in a 12-ounce cup. Initially, it had a somewhat harsh taste, followed by a muddy flavor. It might improve with some milk added. The atmosphere was quiet—there was no line, I was the only customer, and just one server was working.
