Thus... read more Parking is a little odd, but turn in and there is some limited parking inside. Note that the only entrance (walking or driving) is through the same place. Thus if you park on the street, park closer to where you turn in with a car. There is a small menu with some tasty looking food. Ended up getting the delicious burger but all the other stuff looked really good too. We saw the food that other people ordered when it was being brought out. Great selection of beer. Ended up getting a few beers and then the hello friend beer with cute cats on it to go! Really chill vibes with outdoor seating that is also dog friendly! Recommended and will come back!

If you don't like s... read more The Rare Barrel has lots of room inside and outside for you and/or your group to enjoy a beer. If you like sour beers, this place has a ton. If you don't like sour beers, there are other options available. They also have some older aged beers available in their back case. The bartenders were helpful in giving suggestions and describing the beers. I noticed a bunch of board game that were available if you wanted to get down like that. Outside had plenty of parking in the lot and on the street. There was also music being played on a portable speaker and that was a nice touch. The day we went was pretty slow, so maybe don't expect to go and find a crowd there. I found this place using yelp and previously didn't even know it existed and had never heard of it. Maybe if they had a happy hour things might pick up a bit and draw a crowd and make people aware it exists.

It 's a bit far from campus but only a few minutes from the marina if you 're headed in that direction. There were no more than a couple dozen people, but they could easily fit way more given the substantial indoor and outdoor seating. We 're huge fans of sours, and this place specializes in them, specifically sours aged in barrels. We tried the Key Lime Star Press '22 (excellent, wish I had gotten a pack), Playing for Keeps '21 (good, quite tart), Blurred Carbonic '21 (okay), and Tara 's Bulbasaur (good, worth getting for the can art). The bartender was friendly and let us try splashes of a couple of things before we ordered. Will definitely be coming back here when we 're in the area.

They had a whole outdoor festival for NorCal v SoCal beers. Staff was super friendly! The place has an inside and outside with lots of space. It is dog friendly! Will definitely be coming back. Parking was super easy on the street. Had no issues. They also have food!
