My previous experience was much better, but this time left me feeling insulted, and the food tasted worse because of the overall experience. Communication could definitely be improved; a little more professionalism and courtesy would go a long way, especially during these financially challenging times. If you’re having a bad day, it might be better not to work the counter and inadvertently create a negative impression for your customers because sometimes the experience matters more than the food itself. I’m giving this place 2 stars because I appreciate that the owner is still in business, and I genuinely want to support small businesses.
