They don’t accept the coupons that the subway company sent me to my home. What kind of joke, what kind of nonsense service is this. Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Do NOT order here online. I never write reviews, but I feel I need to warn everyone. They don't take any sort of coupons, despite being on multiple sites that have deals offered (Doordash, snackpass, etc. . TWICE I have gone in and they refuse to make my online order because it has a discount applied, even after I already paid for it! Staff is not receptive to solving this issue, and said I could take it up with Doordash or pay AGAIN in store for a new sandwich. I have tried reporting them to Subway corporate. Food: 1 Service: 1
Closed when it is supposed to be open
Go to the one south of campus, this one might have better customer service but the bancroft one has reliable sandwiches. If your paying $10 for a sandwich, the least they can do is not be stingy w vegetables which cost them 5 cents in the long run.
