Feedback
The food at Study Hall Rooftop Lounge was disappointing. The “chicharrón” turned out to be just chips, not actual chicharrón meat, and the Brussels sprouts were burnt. However, the worst part was the service. Our waiter, Karim M. (if the receipt is accurate), was surprisingly rude for reasons we couldn’t understand. As two Latina women, we noticed he questioned our IDs as if they were fake, never checked on us after our food arrived, and we had to approach the front ourselves just to ask for the bill because he never returned. The experience was very uncomfortable, and we won’t be coming back. On the positive side, the drinks and atmosphere were enjoyable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $30–50
Study Hall Rooftop Lounge offers incredible views and a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is impressive, food scores a 4, service a 5, and the overall ambiance a perfect 5.
Study Hall Rooftop Lounge was a bit disappointing, as it felt like we were mainly paying for the view. Our cocktail was overpriced for what it was, and the calamari was inedible, so we had to send it back. On the bright side, our waiter was friendly and accommodating. Price per person: $30–50.
