I have been coming to this Starbucks for years. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating to everyone's request. The complaints I have read in other review... read more I have been coming to this Starbucks for years. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and accommodating to everyone's request. The complaints I have read in other reviews are petty and are not representative of the baristas who are outstanding people. I have NEVER seen flies in here and it is ALWAYS CLEAN. IF you have to wait it's because this is a popular Starbucks and a lot of people come here and bring children also they take their time to insure they get your order correct. I have never had to wait , even when busy, longer then 10 minutes. They absolutely deserve 5 plus stars

Too bad all Starbucks aren't like this one.When in the area this is my go to.Plenty of street parking around

Past few times however when I request Sriracha instead of putting it in the side pouch of the bag... read more I order here semi regularly, always with a breakfast sandwich. Past few times however when I request Sriracha instead of putting it in the side pouch of the bag they put it WITH my FOOD. SO DISGUSTING I don't know who touched the hot sauce or not so that's why there is a pouch on the bags. Come on!

After placing our order, I asked an employee (no name tag, claimed his name is Ethan, with a red watch band) for a cup of water for my dog. With a face of disgust he asked if I had a container he could put the water in. I was surprised as in every store and restaurant they will give you water for your dog. I said no and, with an attitude of disgust, he asked another employee for a cup. When he gave me the water, I said 'thanks '. He didn 't even look my way. Then he proceeded to kick us out because we had our dog with us.
