Was Akshay Patel at Sharetea a mag?
While it may not be the best boba in town, this spot is definitely a convenient option due to its affordability and proximity to campus. I found the fruit teas and milk teas to be excessively sweet for my taste, but I know several people who consider this place one of their favorites. View all feedback.
What Wayne H dislikes about Sharetea:
We popped in for some drinks, and overall, they were just average. The teas were quite watered down, and while the lychee jelly was tasty (it's hard to go wrong with that), the boba was overcooked and mushy. We all agreed that we could barely taste the tea in our beverages. With Feng Cha just around the corner and plenty of other options nearby, I don't see myself returning to Sharetea anytime soon. This location is never consistent with their drinks. When requesting 30% ice , they just make the drinks with no ice at all. Also, with 80% , 50% less sweet, they still make them overly sweet.I only come here when the Hercules location is closed, and still after years this location is still never as good as Hercules.
Oolong tea was so yummy, with super squishy boba. Order at a kiosk, no customer interaction. They made the drinks very quickly.
After ordering, the food was passed over directly, and the clerk didn't even notice it at all. It's awesome in my country.
Meh.. too much floating ice, too light milk. Won't try again. The location is pretty convenient for Berkeley students tho.
Really rude service guy at the counter here. I had an emergency and wanted to change my pads after a long drive. Even after buying a few drinks and requesting this to the service guy and the lady server, they blatantly told me that the restroom is not for the customers , please use Chipotle’s instead, and rudely went ahead to put up a barricade on my face. They could have had an exception for an emergency case for a customer, if not atleast have a decency to treat your customer good guys. I usually go to have boba tea to uplift my mood, but the guy kinda ruined it all at this point this evening. Please guys, gotta work on upgrading your service if you are in a service industry : good luck!

My experience at Sharetea in Berkeley was nothing short of phenomenal, particularly due to their creative collaboration with ATEEZ fans for a cupsleeve event. As an ardent fan of the K-pop group, I was thrilled to attend a gathering that celebrated their music and brought fans together. Sharetea went the extra mile by infusing the cafe with K-pop-themed decorations, playing ATEEZ's hits, and offering exclusive merchandise. The ambiance was electric; you could feel the excitement and camaraderie among fans. The cupsleeve event was like a mini-festival, complete with photo opportunities and social interactions that made it a memorable day. What impressed me the most was how seamlessly Sharetea managed to balance the bustling event with their usual level of quality service and professionalism. Despite the crowd, the staff remained attentive and patient, ensuring that everyone felt welcome and well-served. The drinks were consistently delicious, showcasing the quality that Sharetea is known for. Their bubbly enthusiasm and warm interactions added a personal touch, making each person feel like a valued guest, whether they were there for the event or just to grab a quick drink. It's this elevated level of service that distinguishes Sharetea from other establishments. In addition, the logistical execution of the events was impeccable. Sharetea seamlessly integrated the ATEEZ-themed activities without disrupting the regular flow of business. This coordination not only kept the fans happy but also ensured that the other customers were not inconvenienced. They managed to create an inclusive environment where everyone could enjoy their time without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, Sharetea's ability to host such a specialized event while maintaining their high standards of service speaks volumes about their dedication and versatility. This experience solidified my admiration for Sharetea, making it my go-to spot in Berkeley.
