Also, with 80% , 50% less sweet, they still make them overly sweet.I only come here when the Hercules location is closed, and still after years this location is still never as good as Hercules.

Even after buying a few drinks and requesting this to the service guy and the lady server, they blatantly told me that the restroom is not for the customers , please use Chipotle’s instead, and rudely went ahead to put up a barricade on my face. They could have had an exception for an emergency case for a customer, if not atleast have a decency to treat your customer good guys. I usually go to have boba tea to uplift my mood, but the guy kinda ruined it all at this point this evening. Please guys, gotta work on upgrading your service if you are in a service industry : good luck!
