As I was clenching my cheeks harder than Hercules pushing the Boulder up the hill I took a sip of the coffee and all my worries went away. They went away because I, a raging lactose intolerant degenerate, realized I forgot to ask for oat milk in my coffee. You can guess what happened next; the mustiest, dustiest, stankiest of all sharts. Coffee 5/5, bathroom 0/5.

Conveniently located at the southern entrance of the city, it's easily accessible whether you're coming from Oakland on the freeway or arriving by BART. Parking is usually available out front. I highly recommend trying the rose water and saffron latte as it enhances the already delicious drink without overpowering it. They have mastered this recipe over time, and my friend, who is a fan of Chai, couldn't resist going back two days in a row after trying it. I personally haven't strayed from this favorite, as it always hits the spot.

They only have a single table/chair outside, so you might not be able to find seating outside if that's what you prefer, but the coffee is amazing! Will be back, I hope they introduce more exotic interesting specials on their menu. Good to be surprised

Their coffee and specialty drinks are fantastic. I have yet to try one of their pastries, but I usually just get the Rasa Coffee, it’s a tad sweet, plus is has cardamom and cinnamon; my favorite so far. Staff is wonderfully friendly. One outdoor table with some chairs is great if you want to hang for a moment.

There's a lot of good coffee in the area, but it's been a while since I've found something that really stood out and intrigued me. The Ethiopian blend I got is super earthy and floral at the same time, nice and energetic without being too jittery. Obviously made with a lot of care and attention.
