Was Hiro X at Pho Le a mag?
This amazing Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant, owned by a family, offers delicious dishes that are mostly traditional in nature. The standout dish that always keeps me coming back is the won ton soup. Made with homemade dumplings and a bone-based broth, typical of a pho restaurant, this soup is the best I have ever had in the United States. View all feedback.
What Michael Rowan dislikes about Pho Le:
Very poor quality establishment. Two times I have come here within the hours they state on the website, 11:00 AM 9:30 PM (for Fri. and Sat. , and they refused to seat me. I was there roughly an hour before the closing. It's a waste of my time to go to this place only to be told they will not seat me. View all feedback.

I am always happy with the food and service at this restaurant. It is one of my favorite places to eat. The dumplings are amazing and they have affordable lunch specials.
I ordered a combo of pho and grilled pork rice dish with wings and an egg roll to-go from this restaurant. The pho was amazingly delicious with authentic flavors and delicious beef meatballs. The grilled pork was flavorful, but I wish it had more vegetables. The wings were the highlight of the meal, with a savory and irresistible taste. I will definitely order from this restaurant again.

The wonton soup broth tasted like stomach acid. Couldn't eat it and had to throw it out. Absolutely disgusting. Should have went with the Pho
I live 1.5h away from here and stopped by very randomly because we were on the way to somewhere else.I have zero expectations and I was very hangry so anything would work. The place is a bit cold, but clean and service was prompt. We ordered the beef noodle soup, house dumplings, and the lunch special: pong pong beef with steamed rice. The beef broth was flavorful, and the dipping sauce for the dumplings were pretty good. Pong pong beef was the most impressive. I like the batter, how it is coated in the sauce with some thinly sliced onions.Another surprise thing is that price is very affordable for what they offer! Highly highly recommended.
