The bathroom is directly b... read more I've hung out here a few times with my laptop but never will again after today's experience. I walk in just behind a group of people. The bathroom is directly beside the cash register. I stand beside the bathroom door and the cashier says the bathroom is for customers only. I tell him I will make my purchase when the line is gone. Someone exits the single use bathroom, I walk in, and this male cashier follows me in to the single use bathroom and tells me I need to pay first, customers only.Could I have been lying? Sure. Is enforcing a company policy on someone who may or may not spend that couple bucks on coffee worth the violation and humiliation of following a woman into the bathroom? Guess that's up to other customers to decide. I took the 6 up Telegraph and went to Burlap instead. Better cappuccinos and better vibes.

When I spoke to the person who seemed to be in charge, he basically said, well, we have this pamphlet that shows the ingredients and you should have looked at that. I told him that no one had showed me this pamphlet which was under the counter. He was like, too bad. Very unfriendly. Also the drink was nothing special and for this tiny inedible empanada and iced tea, the charge was $16. I will not be returning. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
