I like Peet?s coffee in general, so the quality is good. Today their restroom was out of order, so I asked the worker who was taking out the trash that I helped open the door for and then I asked here where I could use the restroom. She just says I don?tknow with some attitude. View all feedback.

I dropped by before the Meet the Maker event and it was still quite busy at 6:00 PM on a Monday evening.

Very bad customer service. Ordered a drink with no ice because it’s cold outside. They gave me half the cup and said that’s what u ordered. Had the same order at another Peet’s location and gave me whole cup which I paid for but here customer service is rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This is on 6 June around 7:12pm. I ordered sparkling peach matcha. It was 6.50 bucks and I requested it without ice. I didn’t realise they would give me half the size of the medium cup on the account of making it without ice. This drink doesn't contain any dairy nor sweeteners or artificial favours to add. Any other places you go for usually fills up almost the whole cup or at least more than half of it. But I feel like they really did me wrong with the quantity of the drink here. The young barista lady also could have learnt some manners. When I asked shocked “if this was it, she said, “this is what you ordered”. Making that face was not necessary.
