I had a flight. They brought out a beer I didn't order. When o said something, the waitress apologized, said she would bring out what I wanted, and never returned. The beer I did have was not good. The stout and porter were not as thick as they should be. Tastes like they did not use enough grains (which is how they save money), but this really effects the style and mouthfeel. Ambience is cool. They have an extensive range of beers and a fantastic selection of happy hour specials. The beer shown in the picture was priced under $5.00!
This restaurant may be small, but it has a welcoming atmosphere and the food and drinks are excellent! Additionally, they host a comedy show every first and third Thursday from 8 PM to 10 PM, which is always a lot of fun.
I visited for a San Francisco Beer Week event, and I was really pleased with my experience. They were a bit short-staffed, but the bartender handled it well, so I wasn't bothered by that. The cinnamon rolls were delicious, and the beer selection was excellent. There were plenty of options, including brews from Half Moon Bay Brewing and other guest breweries. It's definitely worth a visit!
Great small bites, excellent ciders, friendly staff and local people. Can't wait to go back.
They have a great variety of beers and a nice selection of specialties during happy hour. The beer prices were under $5.00!
