We came today and waited with a back in 10 min sign for over 30 minutes. There was quite a long line when we arrived of people who said they had been waiting even longer. This was very very disappointing, most of all for my 7 year old! While I hope the employee is ok, I felt like this should also be reported. (Tried to message privately to no avail. View all feedback.

I have ordered 4 pints from this restaurant in the past, and two of them were so icy that they were not edible. I initially thought it was just a one-time mistake, so I decided to give them another chance and ordered 4 more pints. Unfortunately, I received icy pints again. I contacted the restaurant through their website, only to be told that the location in San Francisco is not affiliated with them. It turns out that the website I used listed the wrong restaurant. I called the restaurant and left a message, but no one ever called me back.
Gelato Genius!
During our visit on a Monday afternoon, we found that Tunnel Tops had recently opened. The restaurant offers stunning views, spacious walking paths, beautiful lawns, and unique garden bed plantings. Additionally, there is a children's playground and even a fire pit. The visitor center was intriguing, offering a variety of reasonably priced souvenirs. We noticed families and international visitors enjoying the space, with children playing soccer on the lawn and mothers pushing prams. Despite its size, the restaurant never felt overcrowded and could easily accommodate a large number of people and activities. Overall, Tunnel Tops is definitely worth a visit.
This is the most delicious Gelato I have ever tasted, and the staff is very friendly.
Came here on Labor Day, posted closing time was 7PM. We arrived around 6:35, and were met with a surly server who had put everything away and said she wouldn 't serve us because she was deep cleaning. Wha? Are opening hours random now? It was a special disappointment, because this is the one thing our son really wanted to do before leaving for college the next day. We loved Lush, but I 'm not going to make the 20-walk anymore. Disappointed.

After eating at saul’s deli next door, I wanted dessert. I've been in lush and likes gelato very much. I ordered a single stroke madagaskar vanille gelato in a cup. yes, it was good. saw small vanilla seeds, saturating, a remembrance of italy and lighter days, creamy (I used twice creamy, I know).
