I've had them cater an office lunch for 10 and a party for 150 and both were great. The owner, Jesse, was a breeze to work with in bothinstances.

The slaw really makes the dish, though the chicken itse... read more I ate it too quickly to take any pictures... wow, the Fried Chicken Sandwich here is absolutely amazing! The slaw really makes the dish, though the chicken itself is perfection. It's crispy and perfectly fried (thankfully not in old oil), with a zesty flavor that isn't too spicy, and it's incredibly juicy and tender! The slaw is composed of greens, with just the right amount of thinly sliced red onion to add a bit of zing without overpowering it. It seems that the green dressing is a blend of vinegars with parsley and perhaps some mild green chili, creating a velvety texture that's fantastic with the garlic aioli spread on the soft roll. Just be sure to grab some napkins! It is SO DELICIOUS, you won't want to waste any time, so don't wear your best shirt. I’m sorry I don’t have any pictures, but the trip to Poulet is absolutely worth it for this sandwich alone. Right now, they’re only offering takeout, with walk-up and pre-order options available. The staff was fantastic, and their deli case selections can be viewed on their website! Unfortunately, there isn't any outdoor dining set up at the moment.

The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable about which items are fresh and which are frozen. I'm giving this place 5 stars mainly because of its overall concept: delicious home-cooked food to go, without the unnecessary extra salt.
