It was the gay, really, that did it even though the chicken is perfection. Crispy, perfectly fried (and not in broken oil, thank God), zingy without being spicy, and so juicy and tender! The claw is green, with only enough thin red onion to give it some power, but not overwhelm. It seems that the green dressing must have a combination of vinegar with parsley and perhaps mild green Chile mixed to a velvety texture, combined with the garlic aioli on the soft roll... well, just make sure to get napkins! It's SO GOOD it won't take long, so don't wear your best shirt. I'm sorry, but the trip to Poulet is worthwhile for this sandwich. Just take now, walk-up and preorder available, staff was great, Deli case selection menu is up to date on their website! There are no outdoor restaurants...

The sides are great if you want to take something to go. I always bring something to my family for thanksgiving. The daily soups are always delicious. I had a crab and corn bisque last time I was there they was sooo good ?
