The dining experience was truly exceptional, with inventive service and artfully delicious dishes. The ambiance was soothing and intimate, making it the perfect setting. I absolutely love this place!

We love Julia's and consider it our go-to spot for special occasions. It has always delivered a spectacular experience, with amazing food, excellent service, and a beautiful, intimate atmosphere. However, our last three visits have been disappointing. The service remains wonderful, but the food has been served at a glacial pace—one time, a simple salad took 25 minutes to arrive. Additionally, the presentation of the dishes has been inconsistent; my meal was beautifully prepared, while my wife's dish appeared hastily put together. I truly hope that Julia's can find its way back to the exceptional standards we've come to expect.

The history of Julia Morgan, a renowned architect, adds a special charm to the place, and the building itself is stunning. It's conveniently located just two blocks from Zellerbach, making it perfect for dining before or after large Cal performances. Plus, both the food and service are exceptional!
