I find it perplexing that the cashier, who is always rude to customers, is the one interacting with patrons. His dismissive demeanor creates an atmosphere where customers feel like a burden, resulting in an overall negative experience. It might be a good idea to reassign him to a different role, such as preparing smoothies, while having someone else take over the cashier duties. This adjustment could significantly enhance the restaurant's professional image.
