Ordered a bacon and sausage skillet and my hashbrowns were burnt. When I arrived, I stood at the front 3 minutes before I was spoken to. The waitress came up only because a gentleman that was seated needed to be checked out as he was leaving. I placed my credit card in her hand for payment but she placed it on the counter when she returned it to me instead of placing it in my hand. Lastly, after reviewing my receipt I noticed they charged me a fee for Customer Service. WHAT? Since when do dine-out (to-go) patrons get charged for customer service?! I will NOT return.
