Whenever we are in the area, we always make sure to stop by, either for a quick meal or to grab some food to enjoy later. The food always tastes amazing here. One suggestion I have for management is to implement a standard point of sale system for better customer order management. During the Easter weekend, there was a high demand and both the kitchen and the front staff seemed overwhelmed, resulting in long wait times for some customers and occasional missing items in orders.

My only concern with them, compared to other South Indian caterers, is the availability of their food. I have found that I can go to other places and easily get snacks or other food on the same day, whereas with Elite, advanced communication is needed.

They serve high class meals, their menu is varied, The cook in that restaurant is an expert, I like a lot tasting all their dishes. The food is always fresh, the attitude towards the customers is friendly. I often eat in this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I highly recommend it.
