Additionally, online orders are never ready on time, and the cashier tends to ignore you even when you’re standing right next to the pickup area for your order.

However, the staff at this particular location consistently disappoints. They refused to give me extra rice and beans, even though those items are available for free. On another occasion, a worker was rude and laughed at me for trying to save money by ordering a kids meal. Additionally, they allowed other customers to cut in line in front of me. This location really needs a complete staff overhaul.
