Customer service sucks. They don't greet you, they don't ask if you're picking up even when standing right under the pick up/delivery sign. You have to speak up... read more Customer service sucks. They don't greet you, they don't ask if you're picking up even when standing right under the pick up/delivery sign. You have to speak up. Meanwhile, burger was ready, but by the time I got it, it was barely lukewarm. Also, no drive thru, even though it says that location has drive thru. It's a combo BK, gas station and convenience store, limited parking, and very inconvenient. First time getting an impossible burger, it was pretty good.
