10/10 vibes here are great. There are pastries, coffee, tea, bagels AND free WiFi that actually works. This place is such a great place to study on northside
Poor customer service. I was a barista for 5 years and I always interact with guests that would make them come back to the coffeeshop not just for the drink but for the whole experience. I think I came at the wrong time to have an unpleasant visit. It looks like they didnt really care about what they do. Employee satisfaction results to giving high quality service that leads to great customer experience . The fact that your employees lack giving a good customer experience says a lot how they are being treated at work.
Overpriced food, tiny portions, and quality is no better than something I could've made at home. Even with 35% off on Snackpass, the trash food I get from here is not even close to worth it. You're better off going to one of the neighboring restaurants for some actual food.
The environment is great and the people are great but they never fill their coffee to the top and it's quite expensive to be only filling ¾ of the way. Their impossible sandwich and pesto egg English muffin are really good! They also have lots of outlets so it's a great place to work!
