The pizza was fresh and prepared on time. However, I found it disappointing overall because the crust was extremely thin and resembled more of a flimsy flatbread than a traditional pizza. The toppings were overpowering and there wasn't a good balance of ingredients, causing the crust to become soggy and resulting in an unenjoyable experience.
My favorite place in Berkeley! I'm an international student from Singapore, and I came here to study. The pizza here is amazing and really makes me happy. It's probably one of the best inventions humanity has ever created!
They have disabled online ordering in their app, which forces customers to wait in long lines. They should allow people to place orders through the app for pickup!
The owners have reported that they have closed this business location and do not plan on reopening it.
Came to Blaze for dinner and for some reason all the staff were in a rush or didn't want to speak with me even though the restaurant was pretty empty. The person making my pizza rushed me to the register and even though I asked him to put on a few more toppings on my pizza, he pretended to not hear me. After getting my pizza, I also asked one of the employees for a water cup, but he told me to wait and never got back to me as I waited for about 10 minutes. Usually Blaze has good service, but this time was exceptionally bad. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
