Amazing experience! You choose your broth and a few meats upfront, then everything else is self-serve and all you can eat. You add whatever ingredients you want to your soup while it cooks right at your table. I tried the mushroom broth and loaded it with veggies, pork, seafood, and beef. There are also various seasonings and oils you can customize to your taste. Make sure to pace yourself—it’s a lot of food! Next time, I’m excited to try the hot and sour broth. They also have a traditional Chinese menu that’s equally delicious. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Available with a dedicated vegetarian menu or section

We had an excellent experience at Ben Ben Hot Pot! The food was incredibly fresh, and the portions were generous. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and patient, especially for those new to hot pot dining. It’s a fun way to try a variety of ingredients and customize your meal exactly how you like it. I’m definitely planning to return with a larger group, as it seems like it would be even more enjoyable. Each broth option includes some ingredients already, such as prawns, daikon, quail eggs, and tofu skin in the spicy broth. This isn’t very clear on the menu, so I recommend asking about it if you have dietary restrictions. Adding more details about broth flavors and base ingredients to the menu would be helpful. Ben Ben Hot Pot offers an authentic and affordable all-you-can-eat personal Chinese hot pot experience. They feature a wide variety of excellent options and flavorful soups, with their house-made pork and chicken broths highly recommended. In addition to easily accessible toppings behind glass doors, there’s a sauce bar, small side dishes, and a dessert section that includes a few drink choices. When we visited on a weekday evening, it was pleasantly quiet, and their lunch prices are very budget-friendly. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, quickly clearing plates and offering helpful guidance.
