The owner/baker/muffin maker is almost always there, making community and croissant sandwiches. Seating on the sidewalk will, with great good luck, be upgraded soon with a parklet.

The almond croissant sells out everday, it is so... read more This is an awesome bakery/cafe! It's Algerian/French pastries that are beautiful to look at, and taste amazing. The almond croissant sells out everday, it is so good. It's heavier than typical and packed with amazing filling.I tried the spicy meat sandwich, which is made from fresh, not frozen, meat; so it takes awhile to cook. Amazing, and he listened when I said mild!They are very polite and appreciative, which I love. I hope it stays for years as this is an amazing local place.

Unfortunately, they were out of Turkish and Arabic coffee when I came late afternoon, but Turkish delight was top quality. The regular coffee was also very good.
