This restaurant is a fantastic place for ramen, sushi, and rice bowls. We tried the onion tonkatsu and the mayu ramen and both dishes were absolutely delicious. The gyoza was cheap and frozen, lacking in quality. The karaage was old and had a strong, overpowering garlic taste. The ramen lacked depth in flavor, with the soup base and noodles being poorly proportioned and too watery. The soup lacked saltiness and umami. My husband and I ordered this ramen when we were feeling unwell, and I believe it single-handedly cured us both. I would rate it 100 out of 10. It is the best ramen in the bay area.
The ramen was delicious, but the portion size seemed too small considering the price.
