This place is fantastic, especially with the student discount! My family and I came here to celebrate my birthday early and had an amazing time. It's perfect for families, individuals, and friends, and very safe as well. The location is also convenient, being close to a bus stop. View all feedback.

What Godzilla Bane dislikes about Axeventures Axe Throwing Berkeley:
I went there with my girlfriend for a nice night out and the employee Marcus catcalled her on her way back from the bathroom. The axes were dull and not weighted correctly. I can excuse the axes but not the blatant harassment committed ON THE CLOCK. View all feedback.

Had a good time trying axe throwing for the first time. Went on a Friday night for their glow-in-the-dark session. They also had board games and a tic-tac-toe game that you could play with while you wait for your reservation. I liked how it was easy to learn and that they were playing different kinds of music. Ballons and stickers were also provided to make targets even more fun to play with. My only complaint was one of the boards was getting old, which made it difficult to play (axes wouldn’t stay). However the 75 minutes session was perfect for us to get the hang of things and enjoy a night of axe-throwing.

Awesome!! Awesome! Awesome!!!!Will be back for more. Had a lot of fun.Employees went above and beyond the call of duty.Request: Just want to request that the axes be made a little sharper due to not always sticking to the target despite the instruction given at the begging.

What a fantastic way to spend some time! A group of six of us recently visited Axe Adventures and had a great experience. After signing waivers, the friendly coaching staff provided us with a brief training session on safety rules and basic techniques before we started throwing axes at the targets. We each had our own lane, separated by walls and strong wire fencing to ensure safety. Despite initially struggling to hit the target, with some coaching and practice we gradually improved and were soon hitting the target wall consistently. There are four different types/weights of axes available, each requiring its own technique. Soft drinks are available to keep you refreshed. Overall, we had a lot of fun and I highly recommend Axe Adventures for individuals, couples, groups, or team building activities.

This place is a blast. I visited with my colleagues and we had a fantastic experience. You get to pick from four different types of axes to throw and find the one that suits your throwing style. We received helpful guidance when we started, and soon everyone was able to hit the target (and get the axe to stick) after just a few throws. As for getting bullseyes, well, that's a different challenge. I definitely plan on returning.
