Every detail was attended to, from the iced coffee with coffee ice cubes to my delicious espresso topped with extra whipped cream. I especially loved that breakfast was served all day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing old-school hospitality. The interior was a pleasant surprise, filled with a variety of sweets, treats, savories, bread bowls, and drinks. I would definitely give this place a perfect 10/10 and would love to return.

The drinks were not only overpriced, but they also tasted like sweetened oat milk with very little coffee flavor. We ended up dumping them out after only finishing half, as the only coffee we could taste came from the iced coffee cubes. Additionally, we were surprised by hidden fees when we asked for oat milk as a substitute for regular milk and requested vanilla flavoring. It was not until we received the receipt that we found out there was an extra charge of $4 for these changes. Each latte ended up being over $8 more expensive than what we would pay at Starbucks, and the quality definitely did not match the price. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and will not be returning or recommending this restaurant to others.

I was craving some coffee and a pastry in the late afternoon, and they had the most incredible guava pastries I've ever tasted! They also offered delightful chocolate truffles, fudge, and smoothies! I've been here before and tried their delicious soups and sandwiches too!

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is simply delightful. During our six-day visit to Berkeley, we went back five times because it was that good. If you're just passing through, be sure to stop by for breakfast or lunch—you definitely won't regret it!
